COVID Prevention Policy

Here at Hope Textiles we are doing everything that we can to keep our staff and our customers safe.

Our work environment.

Due to our unit being small we are limiting the number of staff that work at anyone time. This is so that we can ensure that our team have more space than recommended by the government.

We have ensured that we have provide all of our staff with washable masks, filters, visors, gloves, hand sanitiser and antibacterial soap and all of our our areas are at least 2 meters (usually 3) apart.

When we have a fabric delivery we ensure that all packaging is disinfected and disposed of immediately, all surfaces and machinery are wiped down before and after a shift and staff have their own work areas to avoid cross contamination. 

Dispatching orders

To avoid unnecessary contact with delivery companies we only use one company who collect our orders using a contact less service.

We only have one staff member working in our dispatch team so that orders are process by one person.
