As a small family business, we truly value the importance of family time and the moments that bring us together. We believe that taking breaks is essential not just for our well-being, but also for the quality of service we provide to our customers. With this in mind, we want to share our company shut-down periods with you, so you can plan accordingly.

During the holidays, especially Christmas and New Year, In line with our fabric and thread suppliers, we will be taking a well-deserved break to celebrate with loved ones. This time allows us to recharge and come back refreshed, ready to serve you better. We appreciate your understanding during this period, as we will not be available to process orders. We will still be able to respond to inquiries but there may be a slight delay as we will not be checking emails as often as we would normally.

Additionally, we will also be closed during some of our local school holidays so that we can spend some quality time with Isaac (the real boss of Hope Linens). 

These breaks are not only a chance for us to spend quality time with our family but also an opportunity for us to reflect on our business and improve our offerings. 

We understand that planning around these shut-down periods can be a bit challenging, but we assure you that we will do our best to communicate any changes in our schedule well in advance. Your support means the world to us, and we are grateful for your understanding as we prioritise family time and the well-being of our team.
