Dispatch and Delivery
When will my order be posted?
All of our products are made to order however we do aim to dispatch within 1 - 2 working days.
For larger orders, such as 50+ napkins or multiple tablecloths, during peak season (November and December) or after a bank holiday weekend we will dispatch within 5 working days.
Please use the below as a guide only
As a general rule orders placed on
Monday will be dispatched by Wednesday
Tuesday will be dispatched by Thursday
Wednesday will be dispatched by Friday
Thursday will be dispatched by Monday
Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched by Tuesday.
Please allow extra time for orders placed over a bank holiday weekend.
How much is postage?
Royal Mail 48: £3.50 estimated delivery 3 to 5 days from the date of postage.
Royal Mail 24: £4.95 estimated delivery 2 to 3 days from the date of postage.
DHL: £12.99 estimated delivery 1 to 2 working day from the date of dispatch.
Can I collect?
Unfortunately, you are unable to collect from our unit.
Do you post outside of the UK?
Due to issues surrounding Brexit and customs we have suspended our international delivery service.
I have received tracking information but my order hasn't been posted?
You may received your order's tracking information a day or two prior to your order being collected by our couriers, this is due to the booking process we use for our collections. Once your order has been scanned by our courier, the tracking information will update with more detailed delivery information.
My order has not arrived, what can you do about it?
We currently use a tracked 48 service, however, delays can occur with couriers which are out of our control. Hope Linens cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days please get in touch and we can investigate the delay for you. Please be aware that couriers do not class a parcel as lost until 10 working days from the date of postage has passed.
