Company Shut Down Periods

As a small family business, we truly value the importance of family time and the moments that bring us together. We believe that taking breaks is essential not just for our well-being, but also for the quality of service we provide to our customers. With this in mind, we want to share our company shut-down periods with you, so you can plan accordingly.

During the holidays, especially Christmas and New Year, our team takes a well-deserved break to celebrate with loved ones. This time allows us to recharge and come back refreshed, ready to serve you better. We appreciate your understanding during this period, as we may not be available to process orders or respond to inquiries.

Additionally, we observe school holidays in February, May, 1 week in August/September and October. These breaks are not only a chance for our team to spend quality time with their families but also an opportunity for us to reflect on our business and improve our offerings. We encourage you to take this time to enjoy your own family moments as well!

We understand that planning around these shut-down periods can be a bit challenging, but we assure you that we will do our best to communicate any changes in our schedule well in advance.
